Payment is due at the time of treatment unless arrangements have been made otherwise.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
I ask that you contact me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment session. Otherwise, the full fee for any unattended scheduled time slot(s) is due.
What happens at my first visit?
To help me provide you with the greatest benefit, I have developed assessment questionnaires. Once you have completed this, we discuss it together to develop a treatment plan.
I will also ask you to sign my Client/Therapist Agreement.
